Cancer Warriors

For the woman who is still showing up — even on the hardest days.

You are taking it one day at a time. Some days that's the only way through. You are carrying fears that most people around you can't fully see — the fear of the unknown, the what-ifs, the weight of trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly wondering who is holding you.

You are leaning on God. You are trying to stay positive. You are showing up for your family, for your doctors, for your treatment — and somehow still trying to show up for yourself. And that takes a kind of strength that deserves to be seen.

This retreat was built for you — whether you'

re in the middle of your fight, on the other side of it, or somewhere in between.

For three days in the Blue Ridge Mountains, you'll be surrounded by women who understand. Women who don't need you to explain it. Women who are walking — or have walked — in shoes just like yours. You'll find connection, real and lasting. You'll find hope. And you'll find a spark of new energy and strength to carry forward.

This is our first Cancer Warriors retreat — and it will not be the last.

Anchored Mamas: Moms of a Child with Special Needs

For the mama who keeps showing up — even when she's running on empty.

You leave home with a quiet nervousness — trusting your child's care to someone else, stepping into a place you've never been, surrounded by women you've never met. But somewhere inside you, there's a tiny spark of hope that says go. And so you show up.

You arrive weary. Maybe a little guarded. Carrying the weight of a life that doesn't pause — the appointments, the advocacy, the unknowns, the grief that shows up even in the good moments. Whether you're still waiting on a diagnosis, navigating a new normal, or making plans for your child's future, you know what it is to feel invisible. To feel like no one quite understands the road you're on.

This retreat was made for you.

For three days in the Blue Ridge Mountains, you get to exhale. You get to be known. You get to rest your body, fuel your spirit, and remember that you are more than a caregiver — you are a woman with dreams, with strength, with a story worth telling.

You'll leave with new friendships that last, resources that help, and a renewed energy to keep pressing on. You'll leave having dreamed again.

This is our third Anchored Mamas retreat — and every year, the women who almost didn't come tell us it changed everything.
