Anchored Mamas
For the mamas navigating the special needs journey with fierce love and tired hearts—you’ve found your people.
Hey Mama!
We see you.
The therapy appointments, the IEP meetings, the emotional roller coasters, the invisible load you carry.
You weren’t meant to do this alone.
Anchored Mamas is a monthly gathering just for mamas of children with special needs—a space created with you in mind. No pressure. No judgment. Just real conversations, warm hugs, good snacks, and women who get it.

What to Expect:
-
💬 Real Talk + Encouragement – Come as you are. Whether you’re thriving or barely hanging on, there’s room for you here.
-
🎤 Guest Speakers – Short, powerful talks from women who’ve been where you are—or know how to support you right where you are.
-
📚 Shared Resources – Leave with tools, tips, and local gems that can actually help.
-
🎉 Games, Laughter & Good Vibes – We’ll mix in some fun to remind you that joy belongs here, too.
-
🥐 Snacks, Smiles & Support – Because connection happens best when there’s food involved. 😉

You don’t have to explain everything here.
You don’t have to wear your “I’m fine” face.
You just have to show up.
Let’s do life together—anchored in grace, hope, and a whole lot of sisterhood.
